Assessments In the Town of New Hartford

Our online 'Assessment Information Program' offers the ability to view parcel information on ALL property in the Town of New Hartford.  Using our system, you will be able to search either by owner name or by property address.

All online property information is current as of July 1, 2007!

We have divided the assessments into categories according to their property class. You can now view Agricultural, Residential, Vacant Land (both commercial and residential), commercial, and/or Townhouses, Condos and Apartment houses with over 4 units.

First, click on the property type.

Agricultural - These would be property class starting with 100, 105, 112, 150, 151 - 200 that do not have a residential building on the land.  If the agricultural property has a residential building, we included it in the residential section.

Residential - These would be property class 210, 220, 230, 240, 241, 242, 270 and 280 and 283.
Vacant Land - This would be property, both residential and commercial, with no structure and in property class in the 300s.
Commercial - This would include all commercial property classes starting with 414 to 800.
Townhouses, condos and apartments with over 4 units - This would include all 411 property class.

If you don't find the property you are looking for in the category you feel it would be in, try another category.  We noticed several properties that were not in the right property class; however, we chose to report the information exactly as it is in the assessor's database.  Any changes, questions, or problems with the information you find in our program should be directed to the assessor's office.
